Customer service definitely needs to be improved, BIG TIME
Narmada did an amazing job with my wedding flowers!! We got garlands, boutonnières, corsages, various kinds of hair flowers, etc. from Vivek Flowers. Narmada was a HUGE help and got us everything exactly like what we wanted, even custom corsages per an inspo pic I shared. All the flowers looked fantastic, and things like the boutonnières were wayyy more affordable than they would have been through a regular wedding florist. Thank you, Narmada!!!

Rose petals not ready when we ordered 1 week in advance and reminded a day before. Asked 4 bags. Only 1 they had. 2 they made in the fly and had to waste critical 15 mins on a wedding day
