Dr. Bhalla is a great doctor. He is very honest with you about your health. He explains things and follows up with all test results etc. He is connected with Mychart which is great! He is responsive to all emails and he is not just going to tell you what you want to hear. He does listen and wants the best health for his patients.
Good bedside manner, easy to communicate with, very efficient running office. never have to wait very long, which is so nice. They take care of everything you need. setting up your mammograms, colonoscopy and OB/GYN visits. Dr. Bhalla takes the time to explain things.
Dr. Bhalla was by far the most unprofessional physician I have ever seen. He was extremely rude!! I honestly could not believe the way he was speaking to me and what made it worse was that this appointment was for my 15 year old son who didn't end up getting the care he needed because Dr. Bhalla basically dismissed our appointment and said we could follow up with the other physician. If you're looking for a caring and respectable physician, DO NOT choose him
Very rude. Seems to be very knowledgable but if you don't listen to your patients concerns, why are you in the business? I didn't want a flu shot and made that very clear. Two weeks later K received a letter stating be was dismissing me from his care due to "A disconnect between the patient and doctor". He seemed very iritated with me because I didnt want a flu shot.
He can be extremely blunt and rude. Appears to be very knowledgeable. On time and appeared to care for the patient.
He is kind and considerate. He's efficient. He's the first doctor I've ever met who is actually on time.I was a new patient, I had not seen a doctor in several years. I had numerous medical issues,but we agreed to focus on the two most important issues and I agreed to follow up on my other concerns. And I'm glad I did. I think patients need to realize in order to get good quality care, we can't address everything all at once, but need to have frequent visits in order to solve our issues.
He is straight forward,blunt,but very caring. If you are committed to helping yourself, and your health, then you should come here. If you want pain meds to get high, don't come here. Don't waste a good doctor's time with your nonsense. He is busy helping people like me who have real medical issues. He doesn't need to waste his time to find out who is a drug seeker and who is not. FYI, they don't prescribe chronic pain meds,and they use an Ohio data base and do a background check and will fire u
