Love the convenience to everything, a real community feel and they really do a great job. Walking is safe in neighborhood lots of park like areas and dog friendly.
The management tries hard to keep up with everything. The cleaning group works hard, like Elizabeth ( maybe I forgot the right name) you see her working hard in each floor she gets. I think they should have 4 of them than just 3 of them in building 1. People needs to try not to mess up the place. Make sure you take your dog in time so they aren’t desperate and peep in the floor or elevators. I’ll give Vive 5 stars because I have been in many other high end apartments and Vive is best so far.
Vive is a phenomenal apartment building. I had the pleasure of living here and the management truly does everything they can to make this a great place to live. No apartment building is perfect but I have found that the Vive team takes feedback and will take action as a result. The building is beautiful with killer amenities. I love the gym and the pool. It truly has a resort feel in the common spaces and the apartments are well designed. Once the second building is complete, it will be a really cool place to live.
Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. What makes Vive amazing is not the brand new state of the art amenities, it's the dedication and creativity of the leasing office team always organizing varied events that fit everyone's interests. Pool parties, movies by the pool, wine Wednesdays, free classes (fitness, painting, cooking...), soccer games, board games and plenty other events that make Vive a community. Look no further, you found your new home.
If I could give you guys a 10 out of 10 I would! You guys have great amenities, and a solid community. Centrum Park is a community park not just the “Vive”, there’s two other apartments that share the park in reference to poop and cigarettes. As far as vomit I wish there was evidence to hold people accountable not organizations.
We LOVE it here! Beautiful building, amazing amenities and super staff. Everyone from the building management, maintenance and janitorial peeps work hard everyday to keep things clean, quiet and in good working order. Any concerns (which are few and far between) are addressed quickly and thoroughly. Thanks VIVE for making our transition to San Diego, awesome �
The building is nice enough, even though some of it isn't 100% complete. However, there are enough residents that are terrible that they manage to trash the place on a pretty regular basis it seems. There is always vomit somewhere, beer bottles and cans get scattered around. In fact currently one of the elevators has a nice coating of spilt beer covering the floor.
