I contacted Vive Brant to replace leaking valves on radiators in my home. The plumber gouged the new valves and produced another leak elsewhere in the radiator, telling me “maybe it will seal itself once the boiler is running again.” When I received the (nearly $900) invoice I was billed for an extra hour. Vive Brant Mechanical Services responded quickly and diagnosed a failed HVAC unit in a critical area of our operations. The unit required full replacement, and they had everything removed and replaced by noon the next day. Techs Justin and Tyler were professional, took great care to protect our equipment, and left the area spotless when they finished. Very happy with the workmanship and response time. Highly recommend!
