I contacted Vive Brant to replace leaking valves on radiators in my home. The plumber gouged the new valves and produced another leak elsewhere in the radiator, telling me “maybe it will seal itself once the boiler is running again.” When I received the (nearly $900) invoice I was billed for an extra hour. Was charged $900 for our plumber’s driving time, and our “repaired” radiator to still be leaking. The plumber also showed up for the first appointment of the day an hour & a half late.
I called Vive Brant during a recent heat wave when my air conditioner stopped working. Their response was incredibly quick, and they offered the best prices by far. Despite being based elsewhere, they came all the way to St. Catharines to install my new air conditioner. I was very impressed with how efficient and tidy their work was.
