I recently had vive in to do repair work on our AC which was still under warranty. The guys were pleasant and efficient no problem with them. My issue was with the price of almost 1800.00 for the labour on the service. My AC is almost 8 years old and needed a full rebuild which took them approx 5-6 hours, plus the cost of the gas needed to recharge the unit. I will never call on this company for anything again. Very dissatisfied customer.
I am pleased with the professionalism, service and price from Vive Brant Mechanical. I replaced my 14-year old air-conditioner and right from the beginning (the estimate - thanks Matthew!) through to the final testing and job site clean-up, all was handled smoothly and professionally - including a somewhat obsolete circuit breaker than needed to be sourced and replaced. This company strives to be the great business that they are and it really shows. The men that work here as well as the owners are all fantastic to deal with, friendly, fast and efficient, knowledgeable and well priced. We have called needing issues fixed pretty much asap and have had someone dispatched out the same day to resolve the issue in a timely matter.
