RecommendedI love VIVE because they have personable staff and great events for the residents. The location is amazing because you can walk to the downtown area if Ballard.
Before leasing, I would highly highly suggest reading reviews on yelp and better business bureau. I wish I had done my research before moving in. Staff are personable but the process of managing were disappointing...
RecommendedI love living here, the location is perfect. We have weekly events to try and build a community with the residents. I’ve not had any issue living here and I also manage the property.
RecommendedDespite other reviews to the contrary, I had a wonderful experience at VIVE Apartments. Larry, Sarah and Cami were always incredibly friendly and helpful. And I always felt like a valued resident. Sure, the place isn’t totally soundproof. But I rarely heard my neighbors, only occasionally. The hosted resident events and the wonderful rooftop deck are nice touches. I have lived at Vive for 4 months now and I’ve have only great things to say about the property and the staff. Larry, Sarah and Cami are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job making this property a great place to live. From the monthly resident gatherings to the awesome rooftop area to the great location in Ballard, you can’t help but love this place!

The parent company that owns this building is terrible. They make sweeping changes and do not inform and communicate with residents in a timely fashion. Not via email, letter, or even signs in the building. Do NOT live in any building owned by Weidner.
