Seems we had an experience similar to others who have commented on what we consider outrageously bad product and service. We ordered the Contour Dinner Ware that looked like factory seconds that should have been sold at an outlet mall. Pieces were deformed, chipped, broken, and glaze was uneven and missing on pieces. What was shown in the catalog is not what we got. At about $40/place setting the product should have been of good quality. Teak bathmat arrived damaged and looking VERY DIFFERENT from the catalog image. Poorly constructed and not at all what I expected. I'm all for being earth-friendly, but I think that being customer-friendly should factor into the equation. Paying the shipping costs both ways made for a poor investment. It discourages me from purchasing any internet product that doesn't provide the manufacturer's information.

Ordered the Teak Stool for $110. It had several knotholes in the wood, some going through from one edge of a piece to another. It came far short of the image in the catalog. I emailed the problems and received no response. In examining the packing receipt, it directed me to just ship it back if not wanted, which I did. I'm waiting on the credit to appear on my credit card account. R C G
