Received an order that I changed my mind on & returned it IMMEDIATELY. Upon VivaTerra receiving the order, they said they would credit back within one month. It has been a few months now & STILL have not credited me back. I have been contacting them every few weeks to make sure I get credited back & nothing. They said they are unable to do so & said to deal with the cc company instead. After contacting my cc company to report fraudulent charges, it had been too late & Viva Terra was fully aware of that. They totally lie about shipping charges (charging DOUBLE) what they lead you to believe, and then never met their delivery date after several tries and then tried to keep my money when I finally canceled the order out of frustration. I would never, ever buy anything from these deceitful crooks.

While trying to place an order I found a 20% off coupon and was checking to see if I would be able to use it through a registry. I could not and just placed my order. I contacted customer service a few times but the order was not showing up. The order went through yesterday but I did not know until later that night but they hadn't actually shipped it. If I could give no stars to this company, I would. My entire furniture order was infested by wood borers!!! After countless emails and phone calls, I actually had to threaten to sue them, and I intend to do so if they do not pick up the infested product and refund every penny that I spent on it. Furthermore, this was AFTER more than half of my $3,200 order was more than a month late, and, believe it or not, I placed the initial order on 9/8 and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE OF THE PRODUCTS!!! Not that I want it

Me too... Another victim... And look, they had bad reviews FOR YEARS!!! (not just this site) How are they still in business? I guess because of the fools like me, who got totally charmed by their "green" message and ordered a piece of furniture(!!!) of all things from them without even thinking twice or checking the reviews... It was supposed to be an ottoman for our living room. OMG!!! It is the most horrendous thing I've ever seen! the web site totally misrepresented it! The fabric is awful, the color is wrong. Viva Terra's customer service is definitely lacking. I purchased two vases from Viva Terra in blue and green. The items arrived and did not look as pictured on the Web site or in the catalog. The blue vase was deeply saturated and the green vase was yellow. I asked to exchange the items for clear vases (the exact same shape/size and price) and I was told that was impossible. I agree with all the other reviews. This company is a fraudulent operation with a glossy catalog. I ordered 2 wooden ottomans. When they arrived, they were not at all as pictured in the catalog, in addition to arriving damaged due to inadequate packing. The "customer service" department was infuriating and obstructionist. They tried to charge me return shipping, among other things. I have yet to receive a refund of over $600 and will have to dispute it with my credit card. Buyer beware!!

This is by far the most frustrating and horrible shopping experience I have ever had. Still waiting for product 'guaranteed to arrive by christmas' TO ACTUALLY SHIP. They will not cancel my order. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get an explanation. Sent six emails - not one has been returned. ARGGHHHHHHHH
