This clinic has the absolute worst new reception staff. They are completely irresponsible, incompetent, and give out blatant misinformation to patients. I specifically went in to ensure my paperwork was handled, but the receptionist faxed the wrong body part to the hospital,I wasted my time my gas , my energy for them to tell me they do not have right requisition.. I had to manually get the imaging clinic to call and fix there mistake. No female doctor in hand , the appointments are riderlicous wait times to see your family ... read more
🤷♀️ ..... .. Staff are good , only one male doctor, pity Dr Shehata retired , they NEED to get an actual female doctor into the clinic this is 2026 not 1800s , a grumpy NURSE ISN'T A DOCTOR ....sometimes long waits, even with an appointment....
