My husband and I went to Vegeria on a Saturday because when we got to Senor Veggie, there was a sign posted that said they closed early that day. I had heard of Vegeria before, so we decided to drive over and get food to take home. When we got there, we saw that there was some type of buffet going on with a very limited menu. We decided to just find a table and eat there since whatever you ordered was priced pretty high, I guess because they came with access to this buffet. T...Continue Reading

Thank you for taking time to review us. Sorry you didn't have a better experience. Let me try to explain a few things. I'm sorry about the tables and the door. Sometimes people move tables around to accommodate a larger table, and they don't always get back in the right place. I'm sure that's just what happened. As far as prices on our regular menu the price is $10 for the items described. However on Saturday we add a little more because we include a brunch bar. I know you were disappointed in. However that's why the price i... read more
Beside the fact that the food is delicious, the environment and people are friendly. The staff are extremely conscientious and helpful with unique dietary needs. Love the sweet potato flautas and the beet slaw in particular!
Great food even without meat. Not a vegan, but this place offers great tasting food!
The best vegan food I've ever had! Outstanding! The food was like a work of art!
Delicious vegan food with excellent service. Can't wait to come back.
Hands down the best vegan experience I have had in San Antonio. I got the true authentic Tex-Mex experience without the meat. If you travel to San Antonio, you MUST visit!
My friend and I went on a Saturday when the have a limited menu with a free sides buffet served from chafing dishes. After being seated we had to wait over 10 minutes for our order to be taken by the one person working the counter and waiting tables. We ordered the nachos which came cold. When we went to get the sides it was the same thing. One of the 5 sides was empty, the beans were a sea of juice and the like everything else was cold. This is a 180 from the service at their old location on Broadway. We won't be back.
Business response:
While sometimes we can be overwhelmed we are always glad to fix any mistake. We try to offer a good value while doing our best to keep prices low. Not sure if you realized but at Broadway we actually charged more, and used less organic products then we do now. We have really tried to offer more to the community at the best price possible, Because of the nature of what we do ... handmade, local and it being a side buffet we might run out of things here and there but we're usually working to stock more food as we go. As far as... read more
Food was good. Organic and vegetarian is always a great choice.
The vegan nachos were really good, and filling. But I like to eat low grain low sugar, which is hard to do vegan. But to your credit, your recipes are truly delicious and kept me from hunger for hours!
