Very Disappointed – I recently went into Viva Salon, I was a returning client however I will never go back. Brittani, the stylist that did my hair could not stop talking about her personal life, very inprofessional. I really didnt care to much to hear about it. It appears she needs to grow up and for what I paid it really was not worth it, maybe if she paid more attention to my hair and my needs it would have been. It appears the owner approves of this type of professtionalilsm...........
Color bedazzled – I am new to Colorado Springs, and was nervous to find a new stylist. I found Brittani at Viva Salon, and rest assured, I will never ever go anywhere else but to Brittani! Brittani colored my hair and I have received more compliments than I think I can handle! She also cut my hair, and I feel like a totally new, more beautiful person, thanks to Brittani! Thank you Brittani and Viva Salon! I will be back.
I love my hair! – This salon is very professional and fun at the same time. Robert cuts and colors my hair and last night I got the best cut and color ever! He is a master colorist and trained in the fine and perfect cut of Vidal Sassoon. I love my hair and the people at Viva Salon! Thank you Robert!
A – I'm always about trying new things and I needed my hair done asap so I took a shot in the dark and decided to go to Viva Salon right by my house. A wonderful experience! – I just moved here and needed to get my hair cut and colored. I was very weary to just go anywhere and get my hair done. When I called the salon to ask their prices the receptionist was so nice and friendly, so I booked an appointment. I booked with Brittani and she did a wonderful job. Professional and Extremely Talented Salon – Best Salon I've Been Too I've lived in Colorado Springs for many years and have tried a couple salons but none have compared to Viva Salon. I enjoy changing my hair very often in length, color, and staying popular with the latest hair accessory trends and they always know what to do. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUT I RECEIVED! – I'm new to Colorado Springs and have been looking for a hair salon. I stumbled upon a Groupon on the internet for Viva Salon, I guess you get what you pay for. I paid $20 for a condition, cut and style. The girl who cut my hair did nothing I asked, I even gave her a picture. I had an aline cut and I wanted to keep my length in the front and wanted to have my hair thinned out. TRACY, GREAT JOB! – Tracy is amazing stylist that cares and listens to what you want. She was right on track. LOVE MY HAIR! I was very impressed by her attention to detail and I love my color and cut. I'm already booked for my next appointment. Next time maybe hair extensions?
WORST Experience Ever! – I went in for an updo for a very special event. I was sure to bring a photo (front, back and side) of the style I wanted. I showed the lady the picture and the first thing she said was “I don’t braid.” Then she said she could get someone else to do the braids. Well apparently no one knew how to braid, and my hair didn’t look anything like the picture I brought. My 5 year old could have done a better job.
