Dr. Behrends and all the staff at Vista Pet Care were very accommodating to my pooch, who isn’t quite the friendliest dog out there. They were patient and took great care of him. I look forward to coming back for future vet visits!
When my long time, well loved vet recently retired I was pretty worried about finding a replacement that had the same knowledge, value and caring attitude towards my 'kids'. My concerns were alleviated after my first visit at Viva Pet Care. Dr Leon is intelligent, thorough and clearly updated on veterinarian care. Dr. Behrends was our vet, but sadly he retired. All my pets got sent over to this vet. I was super happy with how the doctor and assistants took great care with my babies. He answered all our questions and didn't push any expensive procedures. I am happy we were put into good hands.
Dr. Leon explains everything and we are trying some gentle remedies to correct my dog’s stomache problems. Problems that other vets have said she can just live with. And yes you have to come in to see him, even if you are a Doctor Behrends former patient. But I don’t know a human doctor that rolls over prescriptions without an exam as well. So I’m going to make a commitment. He’s going to give my elderly dog a long comfortable life.
Doctor Leon, took his time to explain information, answered all my questions, and my cat was relaxed by his touch. His staff is also wonderful explaining the process and taking their time making sure I understood. I have 4 cats and 1 dog who now have a new doctor we think is Great, local, and kind..
New patient. Dr Leon is thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. My vet of 35 years retired and recommended this clinic. I’m sure it’s going to work out great!
We recently adopted two cats and Dr. Leon did an exam and got them caught up on vaccines. He is compassionate and knowledgeable and gave us great advice and the cats loved him. He's a great vet and really cares about his patients!
