Ive never had a problem getting an appointment or anything they are awesome
I hate it the fact this freaking people don't give a shit saying that I have more than three no show up really check your system right and you guys never answer cuz you always busy talkinggg chatinggg
Viva never sent my daughter's prescription to my pharmacy. Why do we even go to the doctors? Now I have to take her to Texas med clinic and pay again!

rude people and never seem to answer their damn phone
I love love love the doctors and nurses, but calling to get an appointment is a crapshoot. They leave the machines on in the mornings and after lunch way too long, and I've even been put on hold for up to 20 minutes leading up to the lunch hour, just to hang up and get the machines when I call back. I almost never get a call back, and when you do get an actual person, they are rushed and unconcerned with your issue. The only time I'm sure I'll get in is for the previously scheduled checkups. Took my daughter for my granddaughter's appt. and they wouldn't give me an excuse for wrk just because I was sitting in the waiting room and not in the room with them. So stupid, I had my son with me also, so we waited in the waiting room.
