A nice change of pace We stumbled on Viva while doing some shopping and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant manages to be child friendly and yet they offer better and more interesting menu choices than your typical family restaurant. It's definitely worth a visit when you're in the mood for something a little more special that won;t break your budget.
Fabulous lunches I have met my girlfriends for lunch 3 or 4 times at Viva which is in the same shopping complex as Whole Foods on the corner of Blossom Hill Rd. and Los Gatos Blvd. It's a great place to nosh on salads and appetizers while chatting with friends. The salads (the only dishes I've had there so I can only comment on those) are always made with fresh ingredients and the service is attentive and friendly. Excellent Service at a Moderate Price Viva has great service and a very nice atmosphere. It's not exactly cheap, but it won't break the bank either. The decor is very contemporary, and they have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. You can get in and out for $10-11 a plate if you want something simple, but expect to pay closer to $20+ if you want anything fancy. The food is well done, and they have an extensive wine list.
