This was the WORST experience in a nail salon I've ever had. I went in for an acrylic french manicure. The woman told me to sit and started working on my nails, not even bothering to ask what I wanted, in fact, she didn't even say hello to me. I told her I wanted them short and how I'd like them shaped and she didn't respond. I mentioned they were too long and she said they looked good...I guess my opinion on my own nails didn't matter! I was a nail tech before I became allergic to some of the acrylics, so Im extremely picky when it comes to my nails! Viva Nails does everything correctly and sanitarily. They shape the nails beautifully and they don't leave fill lines behind! I no longer work near the salon, but I still travel 30 min to Concord to get my nails done- this is the only place I will ever go to do have my nails done!
