It was our first time at viva nail lounge. We arrived around 6pm. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a lady and she asked what services she could provide for us. We told her and she took us to a work area with another lady. The lady that did my daughters nails was Kathy. She did an amazing job. She took so much time making sure they were shaped and filed to perfection. She asked my daughter every step if she liked it and if not let her know and she will fix it right away. Absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely friendly, and their pedicures are amazing. Always a great experience every time I go!

Gave 2 stars instead of one because the staff were very kind but I was not happy with the cleanliness of the station, the result of the service and that I had to fix my daughter’s toe nails at home when I paid to have them done at the salon. I had to come back in to get the shape of my nails fixed.
