Be very careful when making your appointment. I made 2 appointments (for 2 different people), both for mani pedis and unfortunately had to cancel last minute and called right back to reschedule and was given my appointments. I was called by the salon 2 days later because they had a scheduling conflict. I was able to change my schedule to fit the appointment change and when I came in they had only booked a pedicure and I was told "too bad" by the owner of the salon, Vivian. I love Viva! I’ve been using them for years. The salon is always clean and the service is excellent. They stay busy so I recommend making an appointment ahead of your visit.

I was a walk-in and Jade was very accommodating. She did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. She was also very friendly and funny. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town again - and asking for Ms. Jade!!!

Mimi is the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. She does a great job with my nails - both manicure and pedicure. I get the powder dip for manicure- she is very careful and gentle with my nails. Her pedicure is woman’s my feet feel great afterwards.
