My wife and I have only been here a couple times but I love the way Alejandro welcomes anyone walking through the door. We also take his cardio Drumming class which is very fun and energetic surrounded by Tom's of positivity!
Such a friendly environment going here! Also, hands down the BEST shakes!!! They are healthy, but taste just like you are drinking a milkshake 😋 highly recommend getting a shake and just hanging out because Amanda & Alejandro are amazing and of course awesome!!!
my friend and i went to our first cardio drumming class. everyone was very inviting. the class was Very active. i loved seeing men, women and even a mother and son there. we took a tour of the place. its homey like.
