First experience with this place was amazing, that’s why I came back. Very disappointed this time. Got a facial that was supposed to be 30 mins long. Appointment was at 4pm, I arrived 20 mins early. Didn’t get seen til 4:13 and it ended at 4:32pm.
Fantastic experience with Super Service!
Honestly I really went back and forth about writing a review, but here we are. I went in for a hydra facial, what they called a deluxe hydra facial while they had a promo going on for complimentary lymphatic drainage for new customers (me!). So, the lady at the front lets me know that the complimentary service can be saved and used for later on if I went back for another treatment, because according to her, the deluxe hydra facial I booked already included lymphatic drainage. They’re the best! Rachit and his team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. Anna was very informative, honest, and wasn’t trying to just sell me something. Highly recommend this place!
