Viva La MedSpa purchased custom air fresheners from my company. While the items were in production, they initiated a chargeback dispute with their credit card company. The air fresheners were successfully delivered, yet the chargeback was resolved in their favor, leaving me out $1,000 while they received the products at no cost.
