I went in to straighten my bangs. I let there BUTCHERED. I went July 3rd 2024 and was assisted by a young woman who was nice. Buy my bangs are STILL growing out. Never again. I laughed and cried at the same time. I'm sure the young woman has skills. But. Maybe not as experienced in bangs. Lord have mercy.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly sweet and kind. Brooke gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t push anything, just gave me THE BEST results. She took my dry dead hair and gave me a glossy, polished, cohesive, and soooo natural look because I like my hair a bit on the lower maintenance side. I really like this location at the lakes .This location seems to be more relaxed .The other location On Charleston is really busy and it is hard to get an appointment the same day as they directed me to the other location at the lakes on Sahara. I met a new hairdresser her name is Adriana, very friendly and professional. Most people do not cut my hair right the first time. Super clean and super sweet staff! I had Ashley as my hairstylist and she made me feel so comfortable! She listened when I told her what I wanted with my hair and overall just a sweet girl to talk to and she listened to my ranting!
Love coming to Viva salon it's such a vibe! The team is amazing, always so friendly and helpful. They have the best selection of products and some super deals. Danielle always gets my hair color and style perfect! Thank you!
