My experience with Julie Gorsuch at Viva was wonderful! She is very talented and works with you to give you exactly what you want! I have received several compliments about her work and would recommend anyone to go to her!
I love my hair and I want them to be perfect. I've been to Viva Bella and now they are. Nevertheless I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it is too expensive. State College is full of student, it should be more affordable.
