My mom and I have been going to Alena for over 15 years — since before she owned Viv’s. She’s truly the best! Alena and her team always do an amazing job, whether I’m in the mood for a fun design or a simple solid color. The quality, care, and consistency keep us coming back. I never go anywhere else!
Alena is amazing
I tried to give them a few chances to keep coming here but my last visit was terrible. One time while filing a lady kept hurting me by filing my fingers too and when I kept asking her to stop she kept continuing. Another time, I got the gel manicure and as soon as I got home the nail polish chipped. Within a week I had to go back and get a color change since all the nail polish on my fingers kept chipping off. When I went there they said this is normal for matte polish.
