Great location, carpets, bathrooms nees to be updated, games room was out of service .
Its a dirty nasty hotel. There was a dead cockroach in the corner of our room. The spa area had hair stuck near the walls. It was gross.
Shit. Bad service. Cops called told us to drive home drunk. Would give 0 stars if possible
Worst hotel experience I have ever had! First off get into the room and there is hair all over the bathroom floor. It stank like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. There were dead ladybugs all over the floors, and to top it all off they didn't even put a fitted sheet on the mattress just a flat sheet laying on top. The WiFi was so horrible I couldn't even load a webpage let alone try to stream a movie, and the hotel doesn't even offer pay per view movies. Love this place stayed here so many times I have tried other hotels but this one I always come back to and have the best breakfast buffet on weekends
Well lets see. Stayed there last new years and it was great. We stayed there last night. At 3am some bone head set fireworks off on the 3rd or 4th floor. Had to wait till 430am to get back to our room. At that point the alarm started going off again. Myself and some other guests asked for a refund at which point we got yelled at by the lady named Claudia. She does not issue refunds. I understand that the fireworks where not the hotels fault. BED BUG VILLAGE....NEVER AGAIN. MANAGER DON'T THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER ABOUT THE ISSUE. NO ONE IN HOTEL APOLOGIZED. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.
