Dr. Shakin explained everything very clearly and briefly, and his supporting staff were on point. The experience was very comforting. I highly recommend Dr Shakin and his team.
I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Juan Romero. I was in good hands. He is professional, thorough and a good doctor who genuinely had the welfare of my eyes at heart. Clean too. Clean doctors are good doctors. Thank You for saving my eye Dr. Romero. The Black woman at the counter tried to ruin my next appointment in six months. She said I couldn't make the appointment now. That wasn't true. The two other technicians who did the machine test and drops were courteous and efficient. I am glad they helped me.
