Dr. Pertozzino is an incredibly caring pediatrician. He and his staff truly became family to us. I could call his office at any time, and they would accommodate any visit, big or small. My three kids, now grown adults, never cried during shots or sick visits. His warm demeanor and extensive knowledge always provided us with comfort.He was available to us day or night, and his kindness, patience, and dedication made every experience feel supported and safe. We were blessed to have him caring for our children.
Right away he was yelling at my kid saying she must have mental problems and neurology problems and saying she’s not normal and I said she was afraid of doctors like most kids and he was saying “what’s wrong with this kid she’s 8 and too old to be scared she must have a mental problem and borderline autistic “ when he’s not a professional in that field.
they nurses, stuff at this office is horrible, the worst, they doesn’t know how to treat kids, , when you work with kids you have to be patient calm, the manager is a trash women! All nurses there need to find another job cause they are wrong place!Simple trash nurses! i never come back again!

They're not, the staff at the office wasn't good enough and give like the papers that we need after the vaccination to bring back to school. They couldn't give it on the same day and they don't have an email that we can communicate. We depend on fax numbers and fax. So that's why we didn't like it.
