Thin is IN at Vito and Nick's – This is the best super-thin pizza on planet earth. My father always made the drive to pick-up Vito & Nick's pizza instead of getting a lesser pizza delivered. The decor is 50's cornball all the way and service can get slow, but the pizza is truly a delight. After moving back from the San Francisco Bay Area (do they even know true pizza?) I had to get a Nick and Vito's sausage and mushroom. Keep up the great Pizza!
We Don't tell Outsiders. . – This is simply THE best spot for thin-crust pizza in Chicago, and by unspoken tacit agreement, the locals don't talk about it to tourists or downtown yuppies. Having been there for decades, but yet to be "discovered," the folks at Vito & Nicks and their customers like it that way. Great thin crust pizza – I've been eating pizza at V&N since the week they opened their current location, more than 35 years ago. If you like thin crust pizza this is among the very best in Chicago. The atmosphere is about as down-to-earth as it gets, which makes it nice -- no pretense about anything -- just great pizza.
One of a kind!!!!! – This is the BEST neighbor pizza place. It is the type of place where you go as a kid and eventually take your kids. The pizza is outstanding and the tomato bread is second to none. Great place for kids and an exceptional value.
Best Pizza EVER!!! – Upon entering this local neighborhood pizzeria, you may be shocked by the decor. The walls are carpeted. Cheesy, glass-encased horse and buggies hang from the ceiling. A fiercely loyal clientele crowd in on the weekends. The super-thin crust is at its best when ordered "well done." Once you try it, you'll realize why people that have moved out of the neighborhood will find any excuse to meet up with old friends here.
Best thin crust – This is woofing ZA! Eat at the one in Orland Park and enjoy. Great place to take the family because the kids will love the food and the prices are very reasonable.
My Best! – I have been going to this place since 56. In my mind, there is no other pizza. I went to grammer school, with the girl, who now owns the place. In all those years, the taste hasn't changed, and now I wish I could have one.
thin & crispy – One of the best crisp crust pizzas I've ever had
My friends and I call this place "Skinny" Pizza. We hardly ever refer to it as Nick & Vito's (SORRY NICK, SORRY VITO). The Pizza is sooooo wonderfully thin and crunchy with great flavor....WE LOVE IT. We drive 45 minutes to go there. If you like thin Pizza, this is THE PLACE!
