Just got my new Trek 7.2 FX today. I could not be more appreciative of the time taken and effort made to be sure everything for my bike was perfect. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just courteous service. Plus they were very patient with two little girls for whom cycle shopping wasn't the greatest fun and gave them cookies! Win-win!
