Had an issue with my local Peoria trek dealer ship and had to go through Vitesse Cycle Shop instead. Had a great experience, and great staff who seem to know a lot/just enjoy cycling. I’ve never left a review for anything, but felt obligated to review Vitesse.
Very happy with our service!! We came in without notice on a busy Saturday afternoon and the staff was great, despite being so busy! They really went above and beyond for us! We bought 2 bikes, a bike rack and several accessories! Prices were also very reasonable!
