Vitaliy saved us in a pinch. We had to shut the water main off to the house due to a broken hose bibb out front. Called Vitaliy after hours and he came to save the day. Just left our house at 10pm. I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable. ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017.
