Vitco sold my Senior Condo really fast. I used Vitco Properties to sell my condo because they were already taking care of the building's Home Owners Association business. I knew they would know the right way to sell it and I was right they did. They took care of everything for me and kept me informed of everything along the way. This was the smoothest real estate transaction I've ever done, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are unprofessional. Moreover, they have nasty attitudes and incompetent.
Vitco Properties Does a Great Job! – Prior to Vitco Properties, our condo association had 2 or 3 other management companies that were really terrible. Vitco has managed our association for about 8 years now and I can tell you that they have provided great customer service and support to our board as well as our homeowners. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new management company.

Don't use them - Very Lazy – I've used them for years and my HOA absolutely hates them, in fact they are looking for a replacement. Vitco is extremely lazy and only does what is conveninet for them. They nickle and dime you for everything! If you are looking for a property management company, you would do best to use someone else. They want to do as little for you as possible and have horrible customer service. The staff is rude and if you call, the receptionist always asks who you are and what it's regarding.
