Vitas start their evaluation on my Mom on 10-18-2019 , on 10-19-2019 a tele nurse came to visit , on 10-19-2019 a nurse came to visit, she was very rude , I had to tell her to leave my home, we assumed she was the nurse that would be treating my mom , well she was not the main nurse, on 10 21-2019 the Main nurse came to visit, she did not give a plan on the treatment they would be providing, she told us she would be visiting every Monday, my Mom. diagnosis with Stage 4 cancer... RecommendedThe past week has been a blur for me, but Charlie helped me make important decisions in a timely manner at allowed my uncle a few hours with his beloved pets. From changing plans on a minutes notice from home hospice to being forced to inpatient due to my uncles condition but she made sure I could bring his baby to spend time with him at the unit. Thank y’all again for the past 24 hours and caring for my uncle. The Conroe inpatient unit has been amazing, and would highly recommend them.
I was very impressed with my mothers care given from Vitas Health Hospice. What a professional group they are and so caring to the families.
The nurses and Staff are Heaven sent Angels that took such great care of my mother. We are so grateful to have chosen this facility. Thank you all so much.
Vista came into our home, and rendered care to my husband their service was excellent, this was three years ago. I would recommend them to family’s that need comforting care for their love one.
I cant say enough good about the doctors and nurses at Vitas in The Woodlands. The nurses even washed and Dried my cloths because I didnt want to leave mom. Made sure I had stuff for a shower and tooth brush and paste. The care given to my mom was amazing. Drops for her eyes and salve for her lips. When mom passed it was hard to let go of them because they had been my family for almost 2 weeks. I still wonder how each nurse is doing. Miss talking to them all. The end of life is never easy but it really is time to focus on whatever the patient wants or needs. Vitas has the most loving and caring team of nurses and aides. They do everything they possibly can to make you comfortable and happy. I would recommend them to anyone.
