I can't stress enough do not have your family member pass here it was the worst experience I could have as a family member they often refused medications for grandmother who fell into a coma after cancer began growing into her esophagus "because they wanted her to be able to hear us" she hadn't woken up for almost 5 days before she passed but had tears coming from her eyes. The nurses here were so kind. They took care of my dad very gently and were attentive to any requests we had. I greatly appreciate the staff here they really provided comfort during crucial moments. Thank you!
My mother-in-law was taken there on Tuesday night. The care she received until she passed away this afternoon was so loving and kind. All of our questions were answered in a way that made us feel more at ease. LaToya and Lindsey were especially awesome. I was very blessed and will be so grateful for the wonderful service That team 412 gave us throughout this whole process with my husband. My husband's nurse Enrique Henriquez Muñoz went above and beyond in explaining everything that was going on with my husband, as well as showing me how to take care of him.
