The manager named Andrea is a horrible mean cruel person who should not be in healthcare! I complained about Vitas's workers ineptitude and incompetence instead of understanding and concern and care they cover for themselves and their jobs and lie and blame the victim and abandon a patient. Their social worker quit they didn't even tell us. They hired another one who just starts and takes a vacation and they said to be the only one for 200 patients. During a very difficult time for us, the entire Vitas staff, and in particular Nurse Tonya, were caring and compassionate toward my father and us. We were constantly updated in the kindness way as to what to expect along each stage of the end of life process. We are extremely satisfied with Vitas and grateful for everything.
Alexis Cirilo Delgado is the most kindest, sweetest professional person that I know she comes to the facility always bring a bright smile on her face. I enjoy every time she comes to Superior .
