If I could give it zero Stars I would. Very concerning location and agency. Lack of concern. Lack of communication put my husband in safety issues, lie and manipulated several times. Needs to beinvestigated by state

While I think better communication is needed within VITAS Hospice, I am mostly satisfied with them. Especially, and I cannot give enough praise, to their nurse Anthony Burgess! He was extremely caring and compassionate when caring for my wife. Always asking if we had any questions or concerns. Thank you so much.
Vitas nurses and home health aides are outstanding. They are compassionate, and so caring towards our needs. I am extremely grateful to have them caring for my husband.
I have nothing be great things to say about Vitas Healthcare. We have an aide named Andrea that comes in twice a week to help my dad. She is absolutely AMAZING and we just adore her. She always keeps me informed and up to date. We also have a nurse that comes in a couple times a week depending on the situations. Her name is Ellyn and she is great too. They always call after a visit to keep me informed or send me a text message. I am thankful for their compassion and care of my father.
