I spoke with Shannon, the Manager, and she could care less that we have waited over 24 hours for medication and over 10 days for equipment. The first week, the nurse showed up 1 day late. In the meantime, my father has fallen many times and caused injury to my family members. In fort Lauderdale FL. We have received the best care for dad since Oct. 16, 2025. From the aides to the nurses and doctors very friendly , and attentive to our opinions, and very clear explanations. Nurse Omar V. Ms Mimose the side, dr F. Fattea. And every one who has provided services.
