Vitas Hospice has been the MOST outstanding hospice service from comfortability to professionalism to understanding to care to dignity and much more when it comes to services Veronica which is their social worker comes with so much grace it brightens up anyone’s day. When it comes to our partners, Vitas is our shining star. At Wesley Park, they come through for our residents 100% of the time. They provide educational events and even sponsor some of our activities. Ilinka, our point person, outstanding. She cares for our Residents as much as we do. She is authentic and genuine. We were Blessed to have our mom cared for by the Vitas Hospice team for her final five months. James S and his team including Emma and Brooke provided her with kind, respective, professional, and outstanding medical and personal care, and medications management.
