I can’t express how grateful I am for the love and support that Sara (Vistas RN) shared with my mom, me, and my family as we navigated Mom’s battle with Alzheimers over the past 9 months. There are not enough words to express how amazing Vitas was to our family. It was not just the doctors...nurses... Champlain...social worker....it was the entire TEAM who was there. The kindess and genuine care was so beyond appreciated.
Alicia is the most strong, funny, huge hearted caregiver! We were so blessed to have her care for our Mom, Gayle! She was on top of any question or need we gave to her, and her instructions on how to proceed thru our journey were understandable and spot on! Any family who is blessed to receive her care is very fortunate! We are so thankful she was our lifeline, on this sad road!
Our family toured Ruth House, and met care team and support team. We were very impressed with the culture of care and concern, also met with the care coordinator, who was very thorough. She provided us with an overview of the process of evaluation, transfer, insurance and out of pocket costs. We chose another facility for family proximity but would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you to Erica and the staff who took time to meet and provide resources.
We are extremely pleased and highly grateful to Tammy P for her support and care of Patricia Carrillo. She also takes time to explain to us the condition Patricia is in and what we need to do in order to make her comfortable. She is meticulous and truly cares not just about the patient , but also about the care givers.
