Beware of the corporate sales pitch. When we met with them at the hospital and expressed our concerns, they were very responsive and showed lots of empathy. All of that quickly changed when we brought my dad home. My dad is 6'4, they assured us they would be provide a long bed. That was the first lie, "comfort care" is not a priority for them.
