I got my boyfriend a ring in-store. Chatted with the friendly guy at the register as he showed me a few rings. When my boyfriend opened the ring box it was empty - he must have forgotten to put the ring back in! I’ve tried calling over and over (no one has ever picked up nor responded to my voicemail). Although the jewelry is lovely, my online experience will ensure I’ll never order from this company again. Firstly, I ordered a bracelet & was charged in Canadian $$. The bracelet was a gift and a little too small. I reordered it in a larger size and expected my return to be in the same currency. Guess what? [The following is a review of Vitaly’s online store and Vitaly’s online customer service, and NOT the Vitaly Toronto store] I bought their BPM bracelet; the bracelet is beautiful BUT unfortunately their size 7 was very tight on my wrist (mainly because the item is oval shaped and not circular but I digress). Purchased online and they tried billing me VIA a very sus FEDEX tariff bill AFTER my package was delivered and went as far as sending a collections letter. Scammers and liars, untrustworthy company. Do not spend your money here !
Went in just to look and left with a couple items. The gentleman helping us on July 21 around 2pm was wonderful. Told us a lot of info on all the products including materials, warranty, etc. Would definitely come back!
