But this last April, 2012 when he went in, they took his Insurance card and asked him for the PPO co-pay, as they always do. I had an appointment for a facial on a monday.when I got to the office I was told that the facialist. was not in the office. I was told that they left a phone message on the same day as my appointment 20 minites before the appoinment, not much time to cancel the appointment. i have yet to find that message on my machine. I wanted to reschdule but they had did not know when or if the facelist would returne at all. Then I was told she had the flu.
