Catherine has been my chiropractor for just under a year. She is genuine, thoughtful, and well informed. I appreciate her attention to detail, her willingness to share tips/explain how the body works, and that she offers such a flexible schedule. If you’re in Alameda County and need a chiropractor, I highly recommend.
I have been to quite a few chiropractors on the Landmark insurance list as I’ve moved around the Bag Area and I have to say Dr. Le is one of the best. She does an awful lot of warming up your muscles, and teaching you things you can do outside of chiropractic as well. She is always asking for consent and checking in, which is so great and rare. Cathy at Vitology is WONDERFUL!!! The office is super comfy and welcoming and her care is very thorough and tailored to your body. Love my weekly visits with her, she keeps me limber and pain-free!
Dr. Cathy is Amazing! She is super friendly and shows much care and concern for her clients.
I am so glad that I found Dr. Le. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. She has a very firm touch and yet is very understanding about older bodies! I appreciate the fact that she only gives me a few exercises to do at home, rather than being unrealistic about changing my entire lifestyle. And finally, her prices are so reasonable.
