Dr. Baird and his staff are invaluable and irreplaceable. They are quick to respond and helpful. They are a highly sought after practice but it's worth the wait.
The team at Vitalize has been extremely supportive and helpful for my family's needs. I especially appreciate the flexibility the staff has shown in scheduling around school and work, it demonstrates their commitment to their work and patients.
Initially very helpful to gain client but unwilling to accommodate schedule or place with another practitioner. Long response times from office (7 days.) Providers with extremely limited appointment times and then faults patient of lack of availability. If you are unable to commit to their treatment plan (multiple sessions a week) they would immediately try and place you at another clinic. Finding a psychologist is difficult and once you find one, it's quite disappointing when they are unable to provide services.
Dr. Baird is an excellent psychologist. Very thankful and appreciative for his service.
