RecommendedDr. Cotten was referred to me through my prior chiropractor who left the area. I appreciate the education Dr. Cotten provides and the real life understanding of living our lives. The approach she uses 'The Blair Technique' Upper Cervical makes so much sense. I never liked the snap crackle pop of general chiropractic. And her office manager Amanda is one of the nicest people ever! Super efficient and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Cotten and Amanda, with no reservations!
I am a Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractor and I come to see Dr. Debbie to personally get adjusted and she is phenomenal.
The first time I went to the chiropractor I felt like my back was out of place and needed to be adjusted. I didn't know that I would start a treatment plan that would help me feel so much better than I ever imagined. Dr. Cotton and staff has taken care of me and now I'm feeling better physically and want to take better care of myself. Thank you for helping me feel better.

The care here is excellent. I trust Dr. Cotten to re-align my neck and head, which is the most vulnerable place on my body. But I'm never scared at her office. She is patient and gentle, and her procedures are spot-on!
Vitality Specific Chiropractic has given me my life back! I could barely turn my neck when I first started receiving treatment here. (My xrays were pretty scary) I will never go back to "traditional" chiro. Blair upper cervical is the only way to go, and Dr. Cotten is amazing!
You wont be disappointed....Deborah is awesome & knows her stuff. I just had my 3rd visit today & on my 2nd visit my back had been "HURTING" for over a year...she adjusted my back & I WAS SHOCKED!!! I got home & thot 2 myself my back isnt hurting anymore....doing my "Happy Dance"....(slept like a baby).. my neck problem is what brot me in & it is feeling SO GOOD now...I can move it with NO pain.
