Dr. Gentile does not fill out paperwork. He does not care about his patient's well-being. He is often late to xoom appointments. He caused me to lose my job because he could not fill out simple leave of absence paperwork for over a month. Front office and doctor NEVER respond to inquires. STAY AWAY!
Doctors do not respond and staff are unable to help get ahold of your doctor. Causes terrible stress every time you need a refill sent.
Called about med prescriptions being sent and they said they did it almost a week ago called the pharmacy and they said they know nothing of it this isn’t the first time also the psychiatrist my girlfriend speaks to has been highly unprofessional and talks over and downplays her emotions and feelings with situations once again not the first time this issue has come about quite sick of not having medical individuals be able use their practice timely and correctly
Dr. Fahad Sultan was one of the rudest sessions I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Extremely dismissive and unhelpful in every step of the way. I’ve been with this Physician Group for years and never have I had such an unwelcoming and unpleasant experience. Incredibly disappointed with their attitude. A client shouldn’t feel attacked simply for requesting their medication that they've taken their entire life.
I am appalled at the unprofessionalism displayed by this practice. Their policies are inconsistent and never communicated to patients. I've had to switch providers multiple times, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The irony of receiving better treatment at the DMV than at a mental health practice is not lost on me. Instead of feeling comforted, I always feel more anxious after dealing with their mistakes.
