My friend brought in a "stray" she believes belongs to someone in her complex to get scanned for a chip. After scanning for the chip which it didn't have one, they refused to give the cat back even though my friend didn't want to surrender, and never signed anything to surrender said cat. Their BS excuse was that this is their policy, though my friend was never told anything beforehand, never signed anything, and did not want to surrender the cat. We called SFOF and the police department, there is nothing that states they ca... read more

They wanted to put my 6 year boxer down before getting an ultrasound and blood work back. Dr. Sachs needs to make sure she has all the facts before she assumes anything. She assumed my dog had a rupture spleen and ended up with cellulitis. They don't have an ultrasound and cost $600-$800 to bring someone from Portland. How do u run a vet clinic without the proper equipment?? X-ray were outdated also.

We've been going to Vitality for years for all our animals veterinary care. They're compassionate and caring and thorough in their care. Recently we had an older dog who's health was in decline but took a rapid nosedive. We needed to make an unfortunate decision quickly. They totally accommodated us, not only at the last minute but is was at closing time. That took care of our request with care, understanding and compassion. We are forever grateful! Thank you! Sincerely, The Werners
