She is an excellent colon hydrotherapist and a total doll - my new favorite person! Also, Vitality is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everyone should go here and get a colonic! Vitality is an awesome place with awesome people. The space is super clean and the staff is professional and very friendly. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. They are also incredibly knowledgeable about everything healthy. The cryotherapy was beneficial to joints and made me very happy 😊...really, it makes you happy! Plus burned calories, bonus! The colonic therapists are very experienced! Highly recommend!
Tom DeVito has been an integral part of my prenatal care throughout all of my three pregnancies. I can't imagine going through them without the benefits and relief of weekly colonics. It is one of the best ways to take care of Mom and Baby in the safest, most gratifying way. I truly believe that colonics at Vitality combined with Tom's expertise and dietary advise were one of the main factors for easy deliveries and beautiful, healthy babies called by many to be looking very "clean" (no eczema, red spots, etc). I am a World Champion powerlifter with a laundry list of aches and pains from 24 years of heavy lifting and was told cryotherapy was the way to go! I was scared at first but all my fears and questions were addressed and the 3 minutes went by in a flash! I felt great immediately afterwards and am looking forward even more to the long term effects! Definitely recommend this place-clean, quiet, affordable, no waiting, great midtown location-easy to get to. Just do it! What are you waiting for?
