Great place to live, but future is going to be outstanding with a new leader!!! Everyone will notice soon positive changes. Like the pictures on the page, looking forward to see more.
Nice facility and staff appear to care about residents. Recently underwent a complete remodel making an already pleasant setting more comfortable for residents. There are opportunities for improvement in the area of food presentation and variety in freshness. The dining area is new with fresh flowers on the table daily. It would be nice to see the menu get an update as well. All in all I recommend Brookdale West End if you are looking for a nice place for your family member.
Not a good place at all management is trouble they dont care about there staff so how can they care about the residents its just money for them...
