I write this post in hopes that I can save anyone from the pain we experienced at Crystal Creek. From day 1, there was a complete lack of communication and often received false information. It took 6 full days for our family to receive a call from the medical team regarding Mom’s care and condition. This call only happened after I reached out to the corporate office to escalate. Entirely too many issues to list. My family member has now been without an operational call button which the staff is well aware of for over 24hrs now . It is obvious that over the years brookdale west end does not see patient safety as a top priority !!!

When I moved my loved one into this facility I was prepared for her to finish out her life at the facility. Fast forward to August I could not get her out of there quick enough! The director does not return phone calls when you call to inquire about your loved one. The director and the management staff are rude and condescending to family members, residents and the employees. RecommendedMy sister moved into Atria end of this past February. Unfortunately, Covid 19 showed up to all our lives to disrupt. We were so happy she was there as so was she. Whenever we visited or needed anything, we got greeted with a warm smile and eagerness to help. Their Executive Director, Janet Brown, is absolutely awesome, very professional and very compassionate.
