Our loved one has been in this facility’s Memory Care unit long enough for us to see the stark difference between the care provided before and after Executive Director Amy Gartenman took over. Unfortunately, the decline has been significant. Despite this, Ms. Gartenman implemented a 7% rent increase with only 30 days’ notice, offering no town hall, no proactive communication, and no willingness to discuss a more reasonable 3% adjustment aligned with inflation.
