Greeted with a smile. Waited 5 minutes. Met with Dr Osterhout for an exam to determine what was causing shoulder pain. I've endured pain for 8 months. He did a few agility tests, examined my muscles to find the trigger points. Introduced me to Ange, the nurse practitioner who also examined my shoulder. He genuinely has a passion in helping others feel better and get the right treatment for whatever is going on in their bodies. I absolutely love him and this office.
