I responded to an ad for an initial screening special at Vitality Health and Wellness. After the initial assessment Dr Shand came up with a treatment plan. With daily at home treatments and supplements as well as twice weekly office visits I am back walking, climbing, and enjoying the outdoors without the fear of falling or losing the feeling in my legs. The care and concern from Vitality H & W has been outstanding and I would not hesitate to refer and recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.

I came in feeling like a stiff, 60 year old construction worker and left feeling like a brand-new human. Mr. Rick truly offers the best crack in town, and I mean that in the most professional, spine-saving way possible.
