Dr.Shand and Lori are so nice and go out of their way to help!!! I'm taking my dad for neuropathy, and my hip has been hurting for over 2 years so I decided to try their new machine that they have and Wow!!! I was 80% better after one session!!I highly recommend them for any kinds of pain! Thank you so much!!!

Initially I was skeptical of doing red light therapy, but decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I came here to see if it would help me lose weight/inches, but found many other benefits too. I’m also finding relief with a prior knee injury, circulation, inflammation and surprisingly enough, I’m sleeping so much better. I responded to an ad for an initial screening special at Vitality Health and Wellness. After the initial assessment Dr Shand came up with a treatment plan. With daily at home treatments and supplements as well as twice weekly office visits I am back walking, climbing, and enjoying the outdoors without the fear of falling or losing the feeling in my legs. The care and concern from Vitality H & W has been outstanding and I would not hesitate to refer and recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.
