Initially I was skeptical of doing red light therapy, but decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I came here to see if it would help me lose weight/inches, but found many other benefits too. I’m also finding relief with a prior knee injury, circulation, inflammation and surprisingly enough, I’m sleeping so much better. Since Dr. Shand is a chiropractor as well, soon I am going to add this to my health and wellness routine.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor. After dealing with pain for months, I finally decided to see Dr. Rick. I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure about the “popping” during treatment, but I’m so glad I went. After just one visit, I felt so much better and could move more easily. I responded to an ad for an initial screening special at Vitality Health and Wellness. After the initial assessment Dr Shand came up with a treatment plan. With daily at home treatments and supplements as well as twice weekly office visits I am back walking, climbing, and enjoying the outdoors without the fear of falling or losing the feeling in my legs. The care and concern from Vitality H & W has been outstanding and I would not hesitate to refer and recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.
