Great staff, unfortunately I've been trying to reach them for the past two days to no avail. I recieved a Medicare EOB and saw I was billed (and Medicare Paid for) 2 each Suspension Sleeve , L2397, (compression sleeves for legs) but never recieved any . Also charged for 2 each Static Progressive Stretch devices, E1811, (for the Knee area) but only recieved 1 then found out via the EOB this is a monthly rental . I am hoping to speak with someone at Vitality to clear this up before end of day Thursday.
When I went there, my knees hurt so bad.I could hardly walk.They took care of the problem.I now feel like i'm twenty years old again
Vitality staff is excellent, they truly care for their patients and want to get them feeling better! Yvette is a very knowledgeable, caring practitioner and always strives to do everything she can do to help ease pain. The staff is honest and very trustworthy when it comes to patient outcome. Come here and see good results!
My pain is so much on a worst level than before. I let Yvette know that the treatments were not working and that was in both knees. The only time I got relief was from the pain shots that I was given a few times but it only worked for a day or two. After my last injections I told her that it was worst especially in my right leg which was the one that I was told wasn't that bad. The treatment didn't work she said it taken 4-6 weeks.
