The staff is really polite, I really like their friendly greetings. Going there for over 6 months they became like my family. We shared a lot about our lives. Which it’s really disappointing , cause non of the knee injections helped. After spending significant amount of money. The pain kept getting worst and worst. I was told that it takes months sometimes up to a year. So I kept waiting. Pain kept getting worst. I ended up in orthopedic urgent care. X-rays showed both my knees are bone on bone. I could hardly walk from room to room in my home. Now, three months after stem cell injections, I can walk 3 miles every day without the pain. I had one knee replaced by surgery but stem cell at Vitality on my other knee has turned out to be a much better choice. The staff at Vitality are wonderful and always very professional. Thank you, Vitality Healing Center.
You want it to work so bad that you buy into it. I spent $10k. The injections help but wear off. Maybe for mild knee pain but I think it’s a stretch to say they can straighten a bowed leg, rebuild a meniscus, and then there are the loose bodies. I spent about 9 months trying before knee replacement. That did work!!!
Maria, she has been so patient with me. I'm using the chair my pain and numbness is getting better. She is so kind and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Vitality for help with all kinds of situations!!!
Great staff, unfortunately I've been trying to reach them for the past two days to no avail. I recieved a Medicare EOB and saw I was billed (and Medicare Paid for) 2 each Suspension Sleeve , L2397, (compression sleeves for legs) but never recieved any . Also charged for 2 each Static Progressive Stretch devices, E1811, (for the Knee area) but only recieved 1 then found out via the EOB this is a monthly rental . I am hoping to speak with someone at Vitality to clear this up before end of day Thursday.
