I’ve been coming to vitality for 7 months now and it’s changed my life. I had struggled to lose weight for the past 2 years and now doing the challenge that michelle has every month I’m finally seeing results. I’ve never done this kind of intense working out and lifting weights but it feels great especially after you start getting used to it. It’s a really fun environment and everyone that comes here has good energy. Michelle is the best!
I can not express how much I enjoy Vitality and Michelle. The workouts are fun and all burn! The change up daily is so nice to keep me on my toes. Also the group of people that are always around are welcoming and so kind. I was worried when I first tried her gym, worried it would be another bust.. but I am so glad that I tried. Now Michelle is stuck with me! #vitalityfitness4life lol
Best gym ever! The atmosphere here is amazing—energetic, supportive, and always fun. Michelle is awesome, super knowledgeable, and really pushes you to be your best while keeping things enjoyable. I also love all the clients; everyone is so friendly and motivating. It feels like a second family! Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend—if you want great workouts with great people, this is the spot! 💪🔥
EDIT: Nearly a week later, I was surprised to find that my card had been charged for a class in which I was disrespected and treated unprofessionally. But unsurprised that right after I left the gym, she blocked me on all the social medias … it’s disappointing and frankly embarrassing on her to charge me after behaving In such a demeaning manner.
